Community Support Group
Grief, joy, anger, and all other emotions - how do we hold them?
All people are welcomed to join our Community Support group with Tauz TamuPovi. Healthy minds and hearts are what make us whole. Be in community, practice breathing techniques, cultivate body awareness, and share your experiences. Explore emotions and how they impact us during this monthly support group. Tauz will guide us in practicing breathing techniques and help us to elevate our body awareness. Come be in community with Tauz the second Wednesday of every month.
WHEN: second Thursday of every month at 10 am
WHERE: Breath of My Heart Clinic (outdoor patio)
